Built this kit for my model railroad layout depicting a small coal mining town in SW Virginia. Used Fall lichen and ground foam for realistic scenery. Modified the kit to suit my space and it turned out great! Very easy to build with plain, simple instructions. Can be downsized to suit your needs as well.
